World of Fruit

I'm back with another pop-up experience! Earlier this month, Ian and I went to World of Fruit, located off Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. World of Fruit is obviously, all about fruit. There are eight different rooms, each highlighting on different fruits such as bananas, grapes, watermelon, and even dragon fruit.

We came on a Saturday afternoon, and it was surprisingly not crowded. If you're lucky, you'll be able to find parking along the street too.

This pop-up was a little different for me because there is a tour guide that follows you and your group. We did not move onto other rooms until our entire group was ready, and in our case it was only one other couple. I personally would prefer to walk through on my own, however, I think a huge plus of this idea is that they also served as the photographer for your group! In an ideal situation, I would be able to walk through on my own and photographers would be stationed in each room.

My favorite part of the experience is all the treats they hand out throughout the pop-up! We got berries, watermelon popsicles, Glow Recipe Watermelon Sleeping Mask samples, mini acai bowls, and exotic fruit samples. Everything was delicious and I felt like these mini surprises made it more worth the money.

TIPS IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON VISITING:

  • Go during happy hour which is everyday from 3-6 pm. Tickets are $25 instead of $29. (I also noticed that they lowered their pricing. When I booked, happy hour was $28 and general admission was $30 something.)

  • Frequently check their IG for any promotions. They gave out free tickets for the 4th of July and I also took advantage of a 25% off promo code!

Overall, I definitely enjoyed my experience here and I would recommend this pop up. I LOVE the fact that there were treats to redeem and that it was not crowded here at all.

Be sure to stop by if you're looking for your next pop-up adventure in LA!
